Facing ever-increasing consumer interest in sustainability and a constant wave of new market entrants, Uniper took the opportunity to develop its own HR strategy. To thrive in a competitive landscape, the company needed to streamline operations and move all business to the cloud, to create an employee-centric SAP HR system. They partnered with Strada to make it all happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modernized, data-driven SAP HR system with SuccessFactors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uniper migrated its on-premise <a href=\"https:\/\/stradaglobal.com\/gb\/service\/sap-services\/\">SAP ERP Human Capital Management solution<\/a> to the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solution to take advantage of managed payroll by Strada. The system change meant Uniper could provide new functionality, including digital self service, mobile access and chatbot technology. Giving staff the tools they needed to do their jobs better, improved employee experience, boosted engagement and enabled the HR team to focus on more strategic tasks. Because SAP SuccessFactors supports data-driven decision-making, Uniper can now make smarter strategic plans and ensure the right people with the right skills are working on the right solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Expertise, industry reputation, and a real-world understanding of how a cloud-based SAP HR system should work, made Strada the right choice. Strada worked with Uniper to ensure a seamless transition from the existing on-premise SAP ERP Human Capital Management solution.
