Unifying disparate HR systems across Sanofi global operations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At the time the decision was made to modernize its HR processes, Sanofi<\/a> had disparate HR systems and processes in each country. In order to continue to expand and make the best use of its talent, Sanofi needed a single global HR solution to integrate all of its systems and processes.This standardization would provide a single view of the workforce and enable data analytics and modelling to ensure the talent, skills and capacity were in place to meet evolving business objectives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sanofi’s modern consistent HR experience globally<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

By migrating HR data and processes from its legacy environment to the global SAP systems<\/a> set up by Strada, Sanofi now has access to a fully integrated HR solution. As a result, all employees enjoy the same modern, highly-responsive HR experience, no matter where they are in the world. Strada\u2019s mobile app enables employees who may not be working in an office location to access their benefits information easily and efficiently, providing peace of mind to remote workers or those on the move. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Integrating core HR systems with legacy and third-party platforms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Not only did Sanofi need to integrate its core HR systems currently in use by over 110,000 employees in the company, it required a solution that was compatible with the legacy system and could easily integrate with third-party platforms. Sanofi sought an HR transformation partner that could bring more than just digital HR expertise to the table, but extensive IT, system and data integration experience to successfully complete the transition.
